Júlia Nunes Silva has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Júlia started their career as an intern at Dentons in 2015, where they gained valuable experience. In 2015, they also worked as a Research Assistant at WEITNAUER Attorneys-at-Law, focusing on legal questions and improving international sales contracts.

In 2016, Júlia joined Jobspotting as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully acquired new clients and provided consulting services to recruiters. Júlia also played a crucial role in improving internal client management and invoicing systems.

From 2017 to 2019, Júlia worked at TLGG as a Project Manager, advising brands and corporations on digital change and connected communication. Júlia collaborated with a range of well-known brands and companies, including E.ON, Swisscom, Lufthansa, and Carlsberg.

Following that, Júlia joined DONE!Berlin as a Senior Human Resources Management Consultant, providing custom solutions for fast-growing companies. Júlia recommended and implemented various ATS, CRM, and HR-tools to optimize organizational processes.

In 2021, Júlia became the Head of People & Culture at cofenster, a company focused on enabling companies to produce high-quality videos in-house. Júlia successfully contributed to the company's mission of making video production simple and fast.

Currently, Júlia is working at cargo.one, where they served as the People Operations Manager before being promoted to the interim role of Head of People in 2024. cargo.one is a global B2B marketplace for air cargo, and Júlia plays a crucial role in building a truly global company and transforming logistics.

Júlia Nunes Silva completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from PUC Minas in the years 2008 to 2013. Júlia then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin during the years 2014 to 2015.
