Kari Leetch

Kari Leetch serves as the Chief People Officer at CARGO Therapeutics since July 2023, focusing on people and culture strategy while collaborating with the board and executive teams to foster organizational growth and adapt to change. Previously, Kari was a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles, and held multiple senior HR positions at ChemoCentryx, where responsibilities included scaling HR functions during significant company transformations. Experience also includes leadership roles at RMS, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Cepheid, among others, with a career foundation in HR management dating back to positions in companies like GlobalNetXchange and Incyte Corporation. Kari holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and multiple certifications in Human Resources from HRCI and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
