Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Mike currently holds the position of Associate Director of Quality Operations at CARGO Therapeutics, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Allogene Therapeutics as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager from November 2021 to March 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Mike served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Genentech. Mike'srole at Genentech also included positions such as Quality Investigator from 2014 to 2016 and Process Support Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Before joining Genentech, they worked at GSK as a Project Manager/Technology Manager from 2010 to 2013. Mike started their career at Human Genome Sciences, Inc as a Process Control Engineer from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they were an Engineer at Applied Control Engineering, Inc from 2003 to 2006, where they worked as a primary consultant for various pharmaceutical companies.

Mike Kelly attended the University of Delaware from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree. Mike studied Chemical Engineering during their time at the university.
