Jaime Aguirre Guarderas

Jaime Aguirre Guarderas has worked in various companies and held multiple roles throughout their career. Jaime started their career in 2016 as a Director Independiente Certificado in various companies. In 2018, they became the Presidente Directorio and Presidente de Directorio at CARGO TRANSPORT. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director Independiente at SQF (Neoagrum - Silvestre) and held positions as Director and Presidente del Directorio at Grupo Silvestre. Jaime also served as a Director at Petroperú S.A. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Presidente Comité Perú Digital at IPAE and later became a Miembro del Directorio. Jaime Aguirre Guarderas also held the role of Presidente Directorio at Konfidi IT Services and Group Chairman at Vistage Perú. Currently, they are the Director del Area de Conocimiento de Innovación Digital at Universidad Continental Posgrado and Global Ambassador - Chapter Lima at Singularity University since 2023.

Jaime Aguirre Guarderas has a diverse education history spanning several decades. Jaime obtained their Licenciado degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) from 1976 to 1981. Later on, in 1984 and 1985, they pursued an MBA in International Business from Pace University.

In terms of executive education, Jaime completed the Financial Services Institute at The Wharton School in 1991. Additionally, they participated in the Systems Engineering program at IBM del Perú in 1982 and 1983. Jaime also attended specific programs at IBM Latin America Head Quarters in 1994 and IBM Corp. Head Quarters in Armonk, New York, USA in 1997, where they completed the President Class and the Business Management Institute, respectively.

Furthermore, Jaime further honed their leadership and governance skills by obtaining a PAD (Alta Dirección) certification from Universidad de Piura in 1998. Jaime also completed the Programa de Certificación de Miembros de Directorio at CENTRUM PUCP from 2015 to 2016.

Lastly, Jaime Aguirre Guarderas plans to obtain an additional certification in 2022. Jaime is set to complete the Certificación Internacional para Miembros de Directorio program at EADA Business School in Barcelona, España.

It should be noted that Jaime also holds the certification of Miembro de Directorio Independiente (CENTRUM), granted by CENTRUM Graduate Business School, although the exact year of obtaining this certification is not specified.
