Bernard Dale

Bernard Dale has extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as NXD at multiple companies, including ESG Glass, CARGOSTORE WORLDWIDE, Silverfish UK Ltd, Winder Power, EPI Group, and Clamason Industries Limited since 2024. Bernard also holds the position of Managing Partner at Connection Capital LLP, which has a strong investment presence in the UK lower mid-market, overseeing a large client base and substantial investments. Previous roles include NXD positions at Carter Accommodation Ltd and Earthmill, and an observer role at Impero Software. Bernard Dale earned an M Eng & Man degree in Engineering & Business from the University of Birmingham between 1983 and 1987.
