Zach Hallowell

Zach Hallowell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CarOffer, a subsidiary of CarGurus, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Zach held various senior leadership positions at Cox Automotive Inc., including Senior Vice President of Manheim Digital from October 2020 to October 2023, and Vice President at Manheim from November 2015 to October 2020. Additional experience includes vice president roles at ADESA and president of the RDN Subsidiary at KAR Auction Services, alongside operational leadership at Recovery Database Network. Earlier career highlights include positions at OPENLANE, L.L.Bean, AutoTradeCenter, and Autodaq, exhibiting a strong background in product management, strategic planning, and operations in the automotive sector. Zach earned a BA with Honors in Political Science from Middlebury College.
