Senior Vice President, Wholesale and Carhartt Company Gear at Carhartt

Andi Donovan's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From there, they joined Gap Inc. in 2000 as a Director of Finance. In 2005, Donovan moved to Borders, where they served as the Director of Finance and later as the Vice President of Finance until 2009. During this time, they led the development of a strategic plan for the physical bookstore business model and transformed the inventory planning process.

Donovan then joined Root Inc., A Part of Accenture in 2011 as a Managing Director. In this role, they worked with executive leadership from Fortune 500 companies such as Disney and Gap Inc. to identify emerging opportunities and deliver innovative solutions using modern design methods.

In 2014, Donovan joined Carhartt as the SVP of Customer Experience. Over the years, they transitioned to various senior leadership roles, including SVP of Strategy, Planning, and Customer Engagement, SVP of Carhartt Company Gear, Strategy, and Customer Engagement, and their current role as the SVP of Wholesale and Carhartt Company Gear. They have led a team of over 150 professionals and successfully grew Carhartt's wholesale business by over 60% in revenue over the last two years. Additionally, they launched and scaled Carhartt's uniform business in 2019.

Andi Donovan has an educational background in business administration and management. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Following this, Andi pursued further education and received an MBA degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, specializing in Executive MBA.
