Angela Bragg

Angela Bragg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Angela started their career at Gap Inc. Direct in 1997 as a Team Lead, managing an email team and providing support to various divisions of the business. Angela then joined CoreComm in 1999 as a Project Manager/Kana Admin, where they managed an E-Commerce team and performed administration tasks related to end-users and system rules. In 2004, they joined ANN INC as a Manager, Corporate Client Contact, responsible for overseeing corporate client communications. Angela later took on the role of Sr. Manager, Multi-Channel Operations, managing call center operations and special handling/fraud support for AnnTaylor.com and LOFT.com. Angela's most recent role was with Carhartt, where they served as Sr. Director, Consumer Services, leading a consumer-focused team and overseeing customer support operations, quality/training, knowledgebase, and vendor management. Their role focused on improving service experience, increasing brand loyalty and awareness, and driving strategic initiatives for the contact center.

Angela Bragg received a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The Ohio State University between 1993 and 1997.
