Keith Reynolds has a solid background in sales, merchandising, and marketing. Keith started their career as a Senior Director of Planning and Allocation at Saks Department Store Group in 1995. Keith then moved on to become the Vice President of Planning & Merchandising at Saks Department Stores Group, where they managed marketing, product allocation, sales, and financial activities for various soft-line product categories within a 160 unit chain. After that, they served as the Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., where they were responsible for sourcing, marketing, supplier selection, sales, and financial activities for a 345 unit chain. Keith then joined Dollar General as the Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising, overseeing all sourcing, purchasing, allocation, supplier selection, and financial activities for an 11,000+ unit chain. Keith significantly increased comp sales during their time there. Next, Keith worked at Tractor Supply Company as the Vice President/DMM, where they were directly responsible for the sourcing, purchasing, marketing, and financial activities related to non-consumable/seasonal products for a 1,500+ unit chain. Finally, they joined Carhartt as the Director of Strategic Accounts and later became the VP Sales - Strategic Accounts.
Keith Reynolds attended Radford University - College of Business and Economics from 1984 to 1988. Keith obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.
