Kerry Middlemas has extensive work experience in business planning, forecasting, and inventory management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Planning at Carhartt since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Forecasting & Planning at Tupperware Brands from April 2021 to April 2022.
From 2018 to 2020, Kerry served as the Senior Director of Forecasting & Inventory Management at The North Face and from 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Director of DTC Operations at the same company. Before joining The North Face, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Nautica from 2012 to 2016.
Kerry also has experience working at VF Corporation as the Supply Chain Strategy Director from 2010 to 2012. During their tenure, they were responsible for organizing and updating ROI analyses, creating educational materials for corporate rollout, and collaborating on the development of VF's Multi Horizon Planning process framework.
Prior to this, Kerry worked as the Director of Planning & Forecasting at 7 For All Mankind from 2009 to 2010. They also held various roles at JanSport, a VF Company, including Forecasting & Planning Manager from 2008 to 2009 and Forecasting Manager from 2005 to 2008.
Their career began as a Forecasting Analyst at The North Face in 2003.
Kerry Middlemas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University between the years 1998 and 2003.
