Tracy Carra is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Carhartt since September 2016, Tracy has held positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner Retail. Prior experience includes roles at SEE Eyewear, EPITEC, TTi Global, Target, Fossil, and Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., where Tracy contributed to team development, diversity programs, benefit coordination, and operational efficiencies. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
