Dr. Philipp Beltz-Kennecke is the Head of HR Governance, Organization & Labour Relations at CARIAD. Prior to this role, Dr. Philipp held various HR positions at MAN Truck & Bus SE and MAN SE. Dr. Philipp also has experience in academia and consulting. Dr. Beltz-Kennecke holds a Ph.D. in Controlling & Produktionswirtschaft, a Master of Business Research, and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
