Friederike Retzer

Friederike Retzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles related to human resources and employee representation. Currently serving as the Subject Specialist of General Secretary at CARIAD since February 2021, Friederike also holds the position of Training Specialist in the Skill & Competence Factory. Prior experience includes a range of roles at BFFT GmbH from March 2013 to February 2021, where Friederike worked as an Employee Representative, Sourcing Manager, International Recruiter, and Junior Recruiter. Earlier career experience as a Youth Care Worker at bfz gGmbH from March 2011 to March 2013 complements a strong educational background that includes a degree in HR Specialist from IHK Academy and a 1st State Examination in Spanish and English from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, as well as studies at Universidad del Salvador and the University of Regensburg.
