Nils Horch

Nils Horch currently serves as the Head of Delivery Unit E3 1.2 and Vice President at CARIAD, focusing on end-to-end platform delivery and technology enablement since August 2023. Prior experience includes a partnership role at Porsche Consulting from October 2018 to November 2023, overseeing end-to-end launch management and project responsibilities in automotive strategy and operations improvement. Additionally, Nils has worked as a freelance consultant specializing in strategic and operational improvements in the automotive industry from 2017 to October 2018. Earlier positions include senior roles at Berylls Strategy Advisors, PwC Management Consulting, PRTM Management Consultants, and Volkswagen Consulting, where Nils developed expertise in supply chain, operations, and service topics. Nils holds a Doctorate in Management Control and Supply Chain Management from ESCP Business School and a Master's in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.
