Sandeep Patil

Sandeep Patil is a seasoned professional in software engineering and product management with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering Competence Center and Sr Product Owner at CARIAD since July 2022, Sandeep leads cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and effectively manages stakeholder communication. Previously, at Volkswagen AG, Sandeep developed IT strategies for mobile applications, fostering strong relationships across brands. Sandeep's earlier roles included team leadership at Tata Technologies, software development at 3DPLM Software Solutions, and CAD design at TACO Visteon and Neilsoft. Sandeep holds an MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Padmavathi College of Engineering.
