Theo Bank

Theo Bank is an experienced professional in organizational development and management with a strong background in consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development & Headcount Management at CARIAD since November 2020, Theo previously held the position of Associate Principal at Volkswagen Consulting from December 2016 to November 2020. Prior to that, a project leader role was undertaken at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2011 to August 2016. Theo Bank holds two master's degrees from the University of Hamburg, one in Business Administration and Management, and another in Laser Physics.
