Miss Jodine Williams joined the staff of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC®) in March 2014 as Assistant Registrar, Syllabus, and Curriculum Development Unit at the Western Zone Office in Jamaica. She was promoted to her current role of Senior Manager – Syllabus and Curriculum Development in 2017.

As Senior Manager, Miss Williams has oversight for Syllabus and Curriculum Development and is responsible for providing technical and quality leadership for syllabus and curriculum development, resource development, and training. Miss Williams has extensive experience in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) arena both nationally and regionally.

Miss Williams is currently a doctoral student at the California Coast University who holds a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from the Northern Caribbean University, and a Bachelor of Education with first class honors from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She is also a Balanced Scorecard Professional, PECB Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, and PECB Certified ISO 9001 Senior Lead Auditor.
