Teddy Rajan

Mr. Teddy Rajan was appointed to the role of Senior Manager, Examinations Administration and Security at the Caribbean Examinations Council® (CXC®), effective 1 October 2020.

In this role, Mr. Rajan has oversight of the operational and strategic management of the administration and security of the Council’s examinations. He is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, management, and coordination of examination administration services.

Mr. Rajan possesses a Master of Business Administration, with a specialization in Strategic Planning, from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. He is a pragmatic change agent with over 20 years of experience leading complex, large-scale business projects, both regionally and internationally. Mr. Rajan previously served the Council in the role of Business Analyst from 1999 – 2004.
