Komali Vennela

Komali Vennela is a skilled Food Technologist with experience in quality control and food safety compliance. Currently employed at Caribbean Food Delights, Inc. since April 2023, Komali Vennela enforces HACCP and GMPs while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. Previously, at Scoops Ice Cream India from June 2019 to September 2020, Komali Vennela focused on dairy composition and ice cream production, including flavor extraction and temperature control. Komali Vennela holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Montclair State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Memphis, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Vignan's Foundation of Science, Technology & Research.
