Teo Xuan Wei is a highly skilled food technologist with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. Currently employed at Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) since July 2023, Teo has previously gained extensive experience as a Food & Nutrition Intern Scientist at Roquette, focusing on plant-based prototypes and quality testing, and as a Product Development Intern at FrieslandCampina, where efforts included minimizing lipid oxidation in UHT dairy milk. Additional experience includes roles at F&N Foods, where Teo conducted flavor creation and market research, and at Chr. Hansen, providing support for the production of fermented dairy products. Throughout these roles, Teo has demonstrated a robust ability to engage in research and development, technical service, and cross-departmental training.
