Hans-Erich Schulz

Hans-Erich Schulz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and organizations. Hans-Erich served as the Chief Executive Officer at Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) from 2020 to 2022. Hans-Erich also worked as a Project Manager at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) from 2015 to 2020, and again from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they held management positions at Ansa Mcal Limited, Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies, National Quarries Company Limited, Sissons Paint Limited, Point Lisas Testing Services Limited, and Lake Asphalt of Trinidad and Tobago (1978) Limited. With a breadth of experience in various managerial and executive roles, Hans-Erich Schulz brings a wealth of expertise to their current role as CEO at CARIRI.

Hans-Erich Schulz has a diverse education history spanning from 1987 to 2010. Hans-Erich started their academic journey at The City College of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from 1987 to 1992. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Florida Atlantic University from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master of Science degree in Chemistry.

In 1996, Hans-Erich Schulz enrolled at Pace University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing Management. Hans-Erich successfully completed this program in 1997. Schulz continued their academic pursuits at the University of London from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management.

To further enhance their expertise in project management, in 2008, Schulz attended the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, University of the West Indies. Here, they earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
