Carlton Spencer

Carlton Spencer possesses extensive experience in information technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Information Security at Caribbean Maritime University, Carlton has held various roles including Acting Vice President of Digital Transformation and Network Administrator. As CEO of SpencersTECH, Carlton leads operations while also contributing to education as an instructor and assessor at IIRQ. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at the national training programme for the Government of Jamaica and Customer Service Engineer at Caribbean Maritime Institute. Carlton holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Atlantic International University and is pursuing a Doctorate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with numerous certifications in cybersecurity, assessment, and networking.
