Krystal Torres León

Lcda Krystal Torres León is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at CTSPR Caribbean Temporary Services, LLC since November 2023. Krystal has extensive experience at Forever 21 as an Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and strategic data analysis, as well as in roles focused on service and sales performance metrics. In addition, Krystal works as an Organizational Development Consultant with Servicios Profesionales, advising management on personnel practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
