Eric Figueroa

Eric Figueroa has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry. Their most recent role was as the Assistant Director of Front Office Operations at Caribe Hilton, where they assisted the Director of Housekeeping in managing a property of 652 guest rooms. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at The Service Companies, where they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel housekeeping department and overseeing a team of up to 150 employees. Eric also has extensive experience at Walt Disney World, where they served as the Housekeeping Guest Services Manager for over 16 years.

Eric Figueroa completed their education at the Universidad del Turabo from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Creating a Culture of Learning" and "Tips for Learner Engagement" in May 2020, as well as "J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You" in November 2017.
