Jason Baran

Jason Baran has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Board Member at Cariboo Clean Fuels and Chief Financial Officer at Elemental Clean Fuels since July 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Global Head of Commercial and Co-President (Americas) at Fusion Fuel from 2022 to 2023 and provided advisory services along with serving as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Cedar LNG from 2020 to 2023. Additional roles include Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Traverse Energy from 2018 to 2021, Senior Vice President at Beowulf Energy LLC from 2015 to 2018, and Principal at Leucadia Energy between 2012 and 2015. Jason began a finance career at Citi as Vice President from 2004 to 2011. Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and attended Poly Prep Country Day School.
