Mandippal Jandu

Mandippal Jandu is currently the Manager of Support at Caribou. Previously, Mandippal worked as a Technical Support Specialist at PartnerStack, where they revamped the support process by introducing video and creating a support guide template. Prior to that, Mandippal held positions in technical support at Vidyard and Auvik Networks Inc. They also worked as a Customer Success Guru at Shopify, and as a Sales Specialist at Trends For Men Inc. Mandippal's experience also includes supervising the Musical Instruments department at Best Buy, and working as an Apple Specialist at Apple. They graduated with a Diploma in Entertainment Business Management from Toronto Film School in 2006.
