Bilaal Lone

Bilaal Lone is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Caridon Property. Bilaal has been with the company since November 2016 and has played an integral role in its success.

Bilaal is responsible for assessing the portfolio profit and loss on a daily or weekly basis. Bilaal also assists our group companies to ensure smooth handover of tenants and prepare financial accounts. In addition, they conduct visits and site inspections weekly, and conducts weekly meetings with the different internal departments to streamline processes as well as solving issues which may have occurred.

Bilaal has been instrumental in ensuring all payments schedules are logged by and any missing payments are being raised with Housing Benefit/Credit Control. Bilaal has also maintained a healthy relationship with said tenants to ensure deadlines are met and arrears are kept to a minimum. Additionally, Bilaal has maintained and managed a strong relationship with portfolio landlords and agents.

Currently, Bilaal manages a full 360 profitable property portfolio of 400+ properties. Bilaal is also proactively organising and chasing tenants for top up payments on a daily basis. Moreover, they are proactively responding to needs of residential tenants and Landlords within the relevant service agreement. Additionally, Bilaal is responsible for problem solving and assisting with complex matters with tenants and landlords. Finally, they procure new properties to increase the existing company portfolio.

Bilaal Lone has a HND in Engineering from Kingston University, a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Engineering from Merton College, and 4 AS Levels in Maths, Physics, Business & IT from Riddlesdown Sixth Form. Bilaal also has 10 GCSE's from Riddlesdown High School, with 7 A*-C Grades including Maths, Science & English. Bilaal Lone is certified from RLA in CPD - Landlords Principles of Lettings, Arthur Online in Arthur Certified Virtual Manager, LLAS in CPD - Keeping It Safe, and LLAS in CPD - Managing HMOs. Bilaal is also certified from The Benefits Training Co. in Introduction to Welfare Benefits, Compliancy Services Ltd in Conflicts of Interest, Data Protection, Confidentiality and Security, FCA Regulatory Environment, and Treating Customers Fairly.

Bilaal Lone reports to Nasser Halabi, Regional Manager. They work with and Paul Williams - Portfolio Manager.
