Carole Poff

Carole Poff has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Carole currently holds the position of Director of Digital Health at Carilion Clinic, starting in July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UPMC as the Director of Operations - Clinical Affairs from January 2016 to July 2020. Before that, Carole served as the Department Administrator of Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on resolving operational issues and improving healthcare delivery from an equitable and cost-effective standpoint. Carole also worked as the Trauma, Critical Care, & Acute Care Division Manager at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University, where they oversaw administrative and financial aspects of the division. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant Executive Director & Care Coordinator at Brookdale Senior Living and as a staff member at Beverly West Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Carole Poff has a Master of Science degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Carlow University. Carole also holds an MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
