Crystal Banks

Crystal Banks has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Crystal most recently worked as the Director of Accounting Shared Services at Carilion Clinic since April 2019. Prior to that, they were the FP&A Manager for North America at Kollmorgen from January 2017 to April 2019. Crystal also held finance manager and senior financial analyst positions at TE Connectivity from April 2010 to January 2017. Crystal began their career at BGF Industries, Inc as a Corporate Inventory & Operations Analyst from January 2001 to October 2006. Crystal started their career as a Plant and Cost Accountant at Kollmorgen in January 1996 and worked there until January 2001.

Crystal Banks, MHA, holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from Radford University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Virginia Tech between 1992 and 1995. Crystal'seducation journey started with their high school education, completing their studies at Carroll County High School from 1990 to 1992.
