Kimberly Butterfield

Kimberly Butterfield, MPH, currently serves as the Well-being Manager at Carilion Clinic, overseeing well-being strategies for 14,000 employees while also coordinating the Well-being Alliance and internal wellness initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Family & Consumer Science Agent with Virginia Cooperative Extension, where partnerships were formed to address health education, and as a Medical Education Coordinator at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, focusing on interprofessional curriculum management. Kimberly has a background in freelance writing, program management for public health initiatives, and community engagement through organizations such as Feeding America and The Washington AIDS Partnership.
