Laurie Wolf

Human Factors Implementation Director at Carilion Clinic

Laurie Wolf began their work experience in 1993 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital as a Lead Performance Improvement Engineer. Laurie later transitioned to BJC HealthCare, where they worked as a Management Engineer. In 2017, Laurie joined Carilion Clinic as the Human Factors Implementation Director.

Laurie Wolf earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Loughborough University, completing this program from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, Laurie obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality, obtained in December 2007, and as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) from the Board of Certified Professional Ergonomics.
