Natasha Saunders

Natasha Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and community empowerment. Currently serving as the MUP Program Director at Huddle Up Moms and a Senior Human Resource Consultant at Carilion Clinic, Natasha has a strong background in career development, employee retention, and strategic planning. Prior roles include Director of Multicultural Affairs at Roanoke College, Co-Founder and CEO of TRIFECTA Inc., and Director of SOAR at Virginia Tech, where Natasha significantly advanced diversity recruitment and retention initiatives. Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Kentucky and has pursued additional certifications, including one in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University.
