Roger Roper

Roger Roper has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Roger currently works at Carilion Clinic as the Vice President of Family & Community Medicine. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Practice Operations & Ambulatory Surgical Centers at Novocardia.

Roper also has experience at Cone Health, where they served as the Executive Director and Chief Administrative Officer. In these roles, they provided operational leadership to various divisions within the healthcare network and played a key role in strategic planning, culture development, and recruitment.
