Keith Hamilton

Keith Hamilton has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as Manager and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Carillion Canada Inc. since November 2013, focusing on operations during significant corporate restructuring. Prior roles include Director of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Total Compensation and Planning at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where strategic alignment of compensation with business objectives was emphasized. Earlier experience at IBM Canada Ltd. and IBM involved leading client engagements and overseeing total compensation functions. Keith holds an MBA in Management from Athabasca University and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
