Katie Crist

As Chief Product Officer, Katie will collaborate with the Cariloop team to optimize the experiences they create for members, customers, and partners by establishing the framework for how they ideate and innovate products and services in the years ahead.

Katie comes to Cariloop with 20 years of experience in product development and marketing. Her background encompasses the entire software development life cycle. Katie is a Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner and Product Manager and is also certified in Product Strategy through the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

After graduating from Baylor University, Katie joined a general agency as a marketing specialist. She stayed at that company for nearly 16 years. Throughout her tenure, she grew into the role of Senior Director of Product Development and Product Marketing and helped to create award-winning SaaS solutions. In addition to product development and marketing, Katie has experience creating and managing websites, and social media content, and running research programs and advisory councils.
