Sadé Dozan

Sade Dozan has a strong background in development and operations. They currently hold the role of Chief of Development and Operations at Caring Across Generations, where they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Development at Caring Across Generations from January 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Caring Across Generations, Sade worked at Literacy Inc. as a Grant Writer and Associate Director of Development from July 2017 to February 2020. They also gained experience as a Senior Grant Writer at The Doe Fund from June 2016 to July 2017.

Earlier in their career, Sade held the position of Community Development Director at both Coalition for Hispanic Family Services from 2014 to 2016 and Brooklyn Artistry & Company from 2011 to 2015. They also served as the Youth Services Director at Long Island Crisis Center from 2011 to 2013.

Sade Dozan, CFRE holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Fundraising from Metropolitan College of New York, which was completed between 2016 and 2017. Sade also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Pace University. Additionally, Sade Dozan obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in 2022.
