Joanne Wildman has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles over the years. Joanne is currently serving as the Director of Compliance, Governance, and Quality at Caring Homes Group since September 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Quality and Governance at New Century Care from January 2015 to April 2020. Before that, they worked at Priory Group, where they held the roles of Head of Quality at Amore Care from October 2014 to January 2015 and Head of Compliance at Amore from January 2013 to January 2015. Joanne also has prior experience as a Compliance Manager and Local Area Manager at the Care Quality Commission from September 2010 to January 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Healthcare Assessor at the Healthcare Commission from January 2006 to January 2010. Their earlier roles include serving as Directorate General Manager at Liverpool Women's NHS FT from October 2001 to December 2006 and as a Specialist Partitioner at St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust from September 1998 to October 2001.

Joanne Wildman's education history includes a Diploma of Higher Education in Health and Social Care from Edge Hill University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996.
