Barbara Walania

Barbara Walania has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at British Airways since August 2022. Previously, Barbara worked as an Authorization Specialist at Caring Professionals, Inc. since December 2018 and held the position of Customer Services Agent for Lot Polish Airlines at Worldwide Flight Services from April 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes being an Office Assistant at Wings Air Helicopter Charter from September 2014 to August 2020 and a Senior Office Assistant at JMS Medical Services, PC from February 2016 to December 2018. Barbara earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, completing the program between 1999 and 2002.
