Kristy Lindquist

Kristy Lindquist is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and marketing. As Co-Founder and Partner at Chasm Partners since June 2015, Kristy focuses on executive search and talent development within the healthcare sector. Additional roles include serving as a Board Member for CaringBridge and the National Honors Advisory Board at the University of Utah. Previous leadership positions include Interim Chief Purchasing Officer at ACA Müller ADAG Pharma AG, Head of Global Marketing at Constantia Flexibles International GmbH, and COO of EU Pharmaceuticals at AxiCorp Pharma GmbH. Kristy's career began at Procter & Gamble, where significant contributions were made as GBU Market Integration Leader and Senior Brand Manager. Kristy holds a Master of Arts in Organization Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University, a Master of International Management in Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
