GM Moniruzzaman is an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a strong background in developing M&E frameworks, plans, and guidelines across various organizations in Bangladesh. Currently serving as a MEAL Officer at Caritas Bangladesh since October 2023, GM Moniruzzaman has previously held roles that include Monitoring Evaluation Accountability & Learning Officer at LEDARS Bangladesh and Monitoring And Evaluation Officer at COAST Foundation. These positions involved developing monitoring tools, tracking project outcomes, managing data collection and analysis, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor compliance. GM Moniruzzaman holds a Master's degree in English Literature and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the National University of Bangladesh.
