Louise Kelly

Louise Kelly has a diverse background in humanitarian and international development work, with experience at organizations such as Caritas Luxembourg and CARE. With roles ranging from Head of Mission to Gender & Program Quality Coordinator, they have managed programs in countries like Lao PDR and coordinated with donors such as the EU and Luxdev. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Combined Social Sciences with Education and Psychology, as well as multiple NOHA Erasmus Mundus Master Degrees in International Humanitarian Action. Louise also completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, where they worked in the Emergency Aid Department.
