Cecilia Agrinya-Owan, PMD Pro, has over a decade of experience in communications and program management at Caritas Nigeria, where roles have included Communications & Business Development Advisor, Communication Specialist, Business Development Associate, Program Manager, and Gender Officer/Program Assistant. Cecilia coordinated corporate and social behavior change communications, managed HIV/AIDS support programs across multiple states, and designed gender-responsive initiatives. Prior experience includes freelance reporting with 234 Next Newspapers and a reporter role at Newsline Newspaper. Cecilia holds a Master of Science in Communication for Innovation and Development from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Cross River University of Technology.
