Patrick McConville

Patrick McConville has a significant amount of experience in meat procurement. Patrick began their career in 2007 at Hillshire Brands as a Senior Category Manager for Meat Procurement. In 2014, they moved to Carl Buddig and Company, where they became the Director of Meat Procurement.

Patrick McConville earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University, completing their studies from 1983 to 1986.
