Tyler Pera

Tyler Pera is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and customer service. Since June 2021, Tyler has held multiple roles at Carl Buddig and Company, including Assistant HR Manager, FMLA/Benefit Coordinator, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this position, Tyler worked at ComPsych from September 2017 to June 2021 as an FMLA Claims Specialist and FMLA Customer Service Expert. Additional experience includes serving as a Drug Testing Technician at Dekalb County Court Services from February 2016 to March 2017, and various positions at Target from June 2011 to May 2016. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
