Tom Horal

Tom Horal is an experienced healthcare technology executive with a diverse background in health administration and management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Tom has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Brooke Army Medical Center. Previous roles include primary care service line chief and Group Practice Manager at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, along with an internship at Methodist Health System. Tom's education includes an MHA from Baylor University and completion of leadership and strategy management studies at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 2019.
