Pascal Slot has extensive experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Pascal is currently the Managing Director at ZEISS Group, responsible for sales and service activities in the Benelux region. Prior to this, they served as the Head of ZEISS Vision Care Benelux, overseeing the Vision Care business unit in the Netherlands and Belgium. Pascal has also held positions such as Commercial Manager at Banketgroep B.V. and Droste Holland, and Senior Area Manager at PASTAS GALLO. Additionally, they have experience in business development and sales as a Regional Export Manager at United Biscuits/Nabisco and as a Sales Manager at Marcus Evans. Pascal Slot has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Pascal Slot pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economy & Logistics at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1998.
