Rafael Adami

Rafael Adami is an experienced IT and digital transformation leader currently serving as the Head of IT and Digital Transformation at ZEISS Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael held various positions including Big Data and Analytics Coordinator at CPFL Energia, where management of the Big Data development team and the use of Azure Data & Analytics platform were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes project management at CI&T, oversight of product and systems development at Claro Brasil, and technology specialization roles at Embratel and LG Electronics. Rafael's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Business Management from FGV and graduate studies in Telecommunication Engineering from UNISAL, complemented by a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on telecommunications from Inatel.
