Sandra Busch

Sandra Busch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra is currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations at the ZEISS Group, where they oversee the sales support and sales analyst team, pilots sales planning and process optimization, and is responsible for the overall productivity of the global sales organization. Prior to this, Sandra held roles at various companies, including C. Josef Lamy GmbH, NOMOS Glashütte, and Lange Uhren GmbH. At C. Josef Lamy GmbH, they served as the Head of Sales Western Europe and the Head of International Key Account Management. At NOMOS Glashütte, Sandra was the Head of Business Operations, and at Lange Uhren GmbH, they held multiple positions such as Head of Business Operations, Head of Sales Administration, Supply Chain Manager, and International Sales Manager. Their responsibilities in these roles included leading and managing teams, piloting business growth and performance analysis, optimizing supply chains, controlling budgets, planning sales and marketing events, coordinating global logistics, and managing IT projects.
