Alex Pfotenhauer

Alex Pfotenhauer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG since September 2019, Alex previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Pro-Dex, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2019, and served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cherry Aerospace from May 2013 to July 2015. Early in the career, Alex gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Shur-Lok from June 2007 to September 2008. Academically, Alex holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, both from UCLA, with studies completed from 2006 to 2012.
