Carola Hahn-Auer

Carola Hahn-Auer is an experienced professional in content operations and project management, currently serving as the Head of Content Operations at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG since April 2022, where leadership focuses on content development, translation management, and information architecture for the Medical Technology Segment. Previously, Carola held the role of Terminology Manager at the same company, responsible for the global terminology strategy. As an independent consultant from 2006 to April 2022, expertise included translation, localization, project management, and quality assurance. Carola's experience also extends to leadership positions at CLS 4-Text GmbH and Lionbridge Deutschland, managing project teams and optimizing workflows. Earlier roles include serving as Head of Translations at Fresenius Medical Care and starting a career as a Trainee Translator at SDL plc.
